L'emplacement, la déco, la qualité du restaurant et du bar, la bibliothèque, les équipements, l'esprit en général.
L'organisation, la logistique laissent un peu à désirer. À l'arrivée nous n'avions pas de baignoire dans la chambre alors que je l'avais expressément réservée, il a fallu changer de chambre le lendemain. Au départ nos bagages ont été égarés il a fallu 20mn pour les récupérer. Rien de très grave mais dans cet ordre de prix on attend un service sans failles. Le personnel était cependant très serviable et sympathique.

« hotel sympa dans un domaine skiable fabuleux. »
bon petit déjeuner. personnel très sympa. et à l'écoute. les chambres sont équipées de bouilloire et machines à café, très appréciables.
la piscine est plutôt froide mais en ces temps de restriction énergétique , on peut comprendre. et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de fenêtre . Notre chambre au 4eme étage avait des petites fenêtres en hauteur, donc nous n'avions aucune vue.... c'est assez frustrant, d'autant que j'avais réservé une chambre confort!!!!

« le lieu est magnifique, la décoration soignée, une équipe accueil parfaite. »
un accueil impeccable par l’équipe à l’arrivée. les voituriers sont au petit soin à l’arrivée comme au départ
un petit bémol sur le service au bar le soir et au petit déjeuner: un peu long: plus de 10 min d’attente pour un verre le soir (ensuite conseil très bien). le matin café servi à la fin du petit déjeuner.
